Adam talks about how young adults today simply wont have the same kind of luxury life their parents did with the same amount of income. Then they talk about Cecil the Lion’s killer, what his punishment should be, and better uses of the FBI’s time.

The show opens with some talk about Hugh Hefner and Bill Cosby as teased in last week’s episode.  After exploring the ins and out of Cosby’s accusations and the potential legal action that could be pending, the guys transition into a discussion about hypocrisy launched by the example of former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert.  Then conversation then shifts to Donald Trump’s recent comments about Mexican immigrants which leads to a wider conversation about immigration citing the tragedy in San Francisco where an seven time deported illegal immigrant shot an unarmed citizen.

Adam Carolla and Mark Garages jump into the first episode of Reasonable Doubt head first, catching up on how long they’ve known each other before exchanging travel horror stories, including one that happened to Mark the morning of recording.  Adam then asks Mark about the legality of police simply following high speed chase perpetrators as opposed to trying to stop them and eliminate potential dangers to other innocent motorists. Adam then poses an interesting scenario to Mark with two hypothetical defendants with different circumstances and Adam has Mark ‘Pick Your Plaintiff’.  As the show starts to wrap up they touch on the subject of Tracy Morgan’s recent injuries at the hands of a negligent Wal-Mart truck driver as well as the recent news about Bill Cosby.
