As the conversation turns back to rap music and Leigh’s experience in that community the gang get into Suge Knight’s recent vehicular assault that has landed him in prison where he still resides as we record this episode.

Adam Carolla and Mark Geragos jump into the first episode of Reasonable Doubt head first, catching up on how long they’ve known each other before exchanging travel horror stories, including one that happened to Mark the morning of recording.  Adam then asks Mark about the legality of police simply following high speed chase perpetrators as opposed to trying to stop them and eliminate potential dangers to other innocent motorists. Adam then poses an interesting scenario to Mark with two hypothetical defendants with different circumstances and Adam has Mark ‘Pick Your Plaintiff’.  As the show starts to wrap up they touch on the subject of Tracy Morgan’s recent injuries at the hands of a negligent Wal-Mart truck driver as well as the recent news about Bill Cosby.
